GNIEWEK Table Tennis organizes also personal training session that is adapted to the individual needs, possibilities and skills of a player. A coach will examine the technical and tactical skills, footwork and will select the right set of exercises. Also, he will provide an advice on the right selection of equipment and carry on with the practical analysis. Personal training session can last from several hours to even a week of time. During the period of the session the player is only coached by one person that is fully dedicated to the player’s needs. Training one-on-one, similarly to the preparation session, allows the maximum increase in the level of the game in a short period of time, which is especially important in the run-up to important competitions, such as regional or national championships. In addition, personal training, applied every two - three months allows for more efficient use of year-round training program, due to the proper selection of training plan.
