Table Tennis Training Camp in Nowy Targ, organized every year in the month of July, enjoys great popularity among both players and supporters which number grows rapidly each year. It is probably the biggest in terms of number of participants, table tennis camp in Central and Eastern Europe. Because of the great location of Nowy Targ, which is located in the heart of the mountains and close to one of the most beautiful Polish cities – Zakopane, this part of Poland seems to be a perfect venue for any sports recreations for children and adolescents. The campers will be able to enjoy the wonderful fresh mountain air, the more highland culture, a taste of regional culinary delights, and above all enjoy the beauty of Polish mountain landscapes. Numerous extracurricular activities, such as theoretical lessons about table tennis held in both languages Polish and English, the trips to most beautiful places in the region, fireplace or stay in the thermal pool allows rest and reflecting, as well as developing additional skills and abilities.
Willingness to share their passion for table tennis with everyone who is fascinated by the discipline of table tennis made the GNIEWEK Table Tennis decided to organize two table tennis camps this year. Furthermore, to effectively use the time spent at the camp, GNIEWEK Table Tennis also organizes fitness and endurance preparations. The program is going to be led by a certified mountain climber, Mr.Piotr Skonecki. He has more than 14 years of experience in chaperoning hiking trips as this is what he is passionate about. The participants will have the opportunity to visit the most magical places in the Polish mountains like: Kużnica, Hala Gąsienicowa, Polana Waksmundzka, Gęsia Szyja, Wierch Poroniec, Dolina Małej Łąki. Every trip ends with a relaxing hot pool and sauna to give the chance for the muscles to recover and be re-energized for the trip on the next day.
